1. If something is not working out immediately, it is not necessarily caused by the device.

Each exemplar is going through an automated functional test and protective quality test. Due to our long-term experiences with installation and application errors of our customers we kindly ask you to carefully read the installation and user's manual enclosed to your device and observe the given information. Please also check if your user software, information and documentation are up to date.
